QXS320F2800137 is a 32-bit processor targeting TI's TMS320F280013x series. The QXS320F2800137 is a 32-bit processor targeting TI's TMS320F280013x series. It is mainly designed for real-time control applications (e.g., industrial motor drives, photovoltaic inverters and digital power supplies, motor control of electric vehicles, and air-conditioning inverters).

The QXS320F2800137 has a self-developed 32-bit CPU core benchmarked against the QXC28x, and provides 120MHz of processing power.

The QXS320F2800137 also integrates FPU and TMU; the FPU can provide 32-bit floating-point acceleration instructions, and the TMU can quickly execute algorithms including transforms and common trigonometric operations in torque loop calculations.

The QXS320F2800137 also integrates high-performance analog peripherals and enhanced control peripherals. Two independent 12-bit 4.6MSPS ADCs manage multiple analog signals accurately and efficiently, ultimately increasing system throughput. Three analog comparator modules allow for continuous monitoring of input voltage levels for trip conditions. Advanced control peripherals (with frequency-independent ePWM/HRPWM and eCAP) provide excellent system control. Connectivity is supported through a variety of industry-common communication ports such as SPI, SCI, I2C, and CAN2.0, as well as multiple multiplexing options for excellent signal placement in a variety of applications.

The QXS320F2800137 supports up to 320KB SRAM and 512KB Flash memory to accommodate most embedded scenarios.

The QXS320F2800137 also supports 8KB of bootloader instruction RAM for flexible configuration of the boot process.
